We specialise in valuations for all types of unique, modern, prestige, and classic cars, as well as motorcycles, boats, trucks, caravans and plant equipment.
A Desktop Valuation is a valuation where the information about the car is provided by the client. The cost for this service is $220.00 (inc GST).
When making a booking for a Desktop Valuation, and we will send you a simple to follow template and instructions on gathering the information and photos for the valuation.
This will include photos of the exterior and interior, the engine bay, and the vehicle identifiers (VIN number, engine number, registration papers, and odometer reading).
Show the current date by taking a photograph of a newspaper in front of the car and then we will provide you with a written valuation within 3 working days.
Each valuation includes a written certificate, a complete set of colour photographs and our Expert Witness’ (CV) curriculum vitae-resume.
Each vehicle is thoroughly appraised and researched by our qualified Valuer. We take into account rarity, originality, modifications, and the overall condition of each vehicle.
There are some scenarios where a Desktop Valuation is not suitable, and it is a requirement to independently and physically inspect the vehicle via a third party like VIP Automotive Solutions. That style of valuation is called an Onsite Valuation.

Onsite Valuations
We require a letter of instruction for your valuation/s, explaining the purpose for your valuation, and what vehicle/s are to be valued.
Our inspection officer will contact you directly to arrange a time to inspect the vehicle/s.
You can expect each valuation certificate to be completed within 5 working days.
We can also provide ‘split bill’ tax invoices for each party in a Family Law Matter, if required.
$440.00 per vehicle
$375.00 each, for 2 or more vehicles.
(* A small travel charge may apply for remote and rural areas.)
